Who wouldn’t find it charming to shop for locally grown produce, flowers, unique gift items or satisfy your hunger in a renovated, historical B&O railroad building? In warmer weather a traditional farmer’s market is set up outside offering organic and traditionally grown fruits, vegetables and flowers. That’s not all; during one of the Market’s programs you may watch artisans demonstrate their craft, learn from one of the many local growers or chefs or be entertained by local musicians. 2nd Street Market is a great biking destination or waypoint.
